How the DA Managed IT educational website is built to be used with a keyboard, a screen reader, and ordinary browser controls — and where we have not completed an independent audit.

Accessibility Commitment
DA Managed IT wants the educational guides at https://aftrim.com/ to be readable by people who use different devices, input methods, and assistive technologies. This page describes what the site already does and what it does not claim.
We have not commissioned a formal WCAG 2.2 audit of these pages. This document does not state that the site conforms to WCAG, ADA, AODA, or any other accessibility standard. Where we describe a feature, we describe the code that is present.
Website Navigation
Every page includes a skip link to the main content, a header with the main sections of the site, and a footer with the learning topics and legal documents. Learning topics also appear in a Topics menu.
The Topics menu and the mobile menu use disclosure controls (the HTML details element). Expanding a menu does not load a new page. Breadcrumb links appear on inner pages.
Keyboard Accessibility
Links, buttons, and disclosure summaries can be reached with a keyboard. Focus is shown with a visible outline. The Escape key closes an open desktop menu.
We have not published a complete inventory of every keyboard path, and we do not claim that every third-party browser extension will preserve those paths.
Text and Readability
Body text uses a self-hosted sans-serif face at a size intended for extended reading. Headings use a larger scale. Legal pages keep line length shorter than the full layout width.
The site includes a dark interface for most chrome and a light paper treatment for some content bands. If a contrast combination is difficult in your environment, your browser’s zoom and reader tools remain available. We have not published measured contrast ratios for every combination.
Images and Alternative Text
Content photographs include alternative text. Captions, where they appear, explain why the picture is on the page. Decorative logo marks in the header and footer are marked so that they do not need to be announced as separate content.
Many photographs are stock images of workplaces. They illustrate the subject of a guide; they are not photographs of DA Managed IT staff unless a caption says so.
Compatibility
The site is built as static HTML, CSS, and a small amount of JavaScript. It is meant to work in current versions of common desktop and mobile browsers. JavaScript is used for menus and for the “stuck” header; the text of a guide remains in the HTML if a script fails.
We do not test every browser, every screen-reader version, or every operating-system setting. Compatibility here means the markup is ordinary and the assets are served from this site, not that every combination has been certified.
Known Limitations
No independent accessibility audit is on file for this version of the site. Some pages are long, especially the legal documents and the full guides. Long pages can be tiring in a screen reader even when headings are present.
The home page and topic index use a card grid. On a narrow screen the layout stacks; we have not claimed a perfect reflow at every zoom level. Sticky headers can reduce vertical space on a small device.
The site does not include an accessibility overlay product. If we later add a feature that changes this picture, this page will be updated.
Reporting Accessibility Issues
If a page is difficult to use, write to [email protected] with the address of the page, the browser and device you are using if you know them, and a short description of the barrier. We will review the report. We do not promise a fix by a stated date.
If the difficulty is that a guide’s wording is unclear, rather than that the page cannot be reached, [email protected] is the better address. That help is still an explanation of published material, not a technical visit to your computer.
Contact Information
Accessibility reports about the website itself should use the general address. Questions about the content of a learning topic should use the guides address.

Updates
This page will be replaced when we change the way the site is built in a way that affects access, or when we have an audit result we can describe without overstating it. The date at the top of the page is the date of this version.
Continue with the learning topics
The guides remain public. An accessibility report helps us improve the pages; it does not open an IT-support engagement.
