About
About DA Managed IT
DA Managed IT publishes independent educational guides on workplace technology. The site is for reading and practice, not for hiring a provider.
What this project is
The pages teach how small workplaces use computers, networks, Microsoft 365, cloud applications, backup copies, and everyday security habits. The audience is owners, office managers, people new to IT work, and staff who were asked to “just handle the computers”.
The material is organised as full guides: explanation, example, steps, mistakes, and a checklist. There are no paid courses, no instructors on staff, and no certificates.
What this project is not
DA Managed IT is not offering managed IT services, technical support, remote administration, custom setup, infrastructure management, service contracts, on-site technicians, or computer repair through this website.
Microsoft 365 and Azure are Microsoft products. Naming them is teaching, not a partner relationship and not official Microsoft support.
How the guides are written
Each topic starts from a workplace you can picture: a handful of people, mail, files, a Wi-Fi box, and one or two line-of-business apps. The steps are written so a reader can do them on a system they already have permission to use. Where a step would require breaking a rule or attacking a system, it is omitted.
If a vendor’s documentation or a workplace policy disagrees with a page, follow the vendor and the policy.
